We at Raymond Iacobucci Communities are dedicated to continuing the more than 50 year tradition of the Iacobucci family in creating distinctive communities of affordable, high quality homes in the Greater Philadelphia area.

Our mission is now and has always been to create communities and not just build houses. Our communities are designed to enhance the daily lives of all residents with the realization that it's not just the house alone that drives lasting value but also the thought that goes into the community.

As a home builder, property developer, and property manager, we have been recognized as one of the top organizations in the area and we are known for our excellent craftsmanship, ethical business practices, and philanthropy. Our active involvement in community interaction, industry leadership, and socially responsible organizations has helped us build partnerships and create relationships that assist us in realizing our mission. The numerous local and national awards that we have won demonstrate our ability to understand and adapt to the unique requirements of a particular project.

Land sellers, investors, engineers & architects, municipalities and other stake holders can be assured that Raymond Iacobucci Communities has the strengths and expertise necessary to turn your real estate concepts into reality.
